Hall and the Cougars will participate in an open practice Saturday at the old Provo High football stadium.
After graduating from the University of Utah, Jay joined The Tribune in 1989 as a newsroom assistant. He joined the sports department in 1990 and has worked there ever since, spearheading the newspaper's high school sports coverage for 13 years before moving into management. In 2005, Drew went back to writing and has covered BYU sports since 2008.
