50K redesigned Utah driver licenses have been returned because of bad addresses. Is yours one of them?

(Leah Hogsten | The Salt Lake Tribune) “Monday’s are the worst,” said Utah Driver License Division records manager Britani Flores who receives on average three mail bins a day of returned driver licenses envelopes due to incorrect postal addresses. Each license is refiled in a filing cabinet until the correct postal address is updated on the division website, Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019. By October 2020 all driver licenses in the United States must have a gold star by order of the Department of Homeland Security. It shows officials have reviewed birth certificates or passports to ensure license holders are U.S. citizens.
