(Tribune file photos) Jim Dabakis, Luz Escamilla and Erin Mendenhall are leading the polls in the race for Salt Lake City mayor, according to a new survey conducted by The Salt Lake Tribune and the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah.
