(Leah Hogsten | The Salt Lake Tribune) Midvale's Bohemian Brewery, famous for its European-style lagers as well as bratwurst, pierogies and goulash, has been bought. The new owners are the same folks who own Porcupine Pub and Grille, the Dodo and The Rio Grande Cafe. While the new owners don't plan to change the restaurant or the Czech beers, they do hope to expand the brewery in the future.
