(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) Cupla Coffee opened about a year ago in the basement of the Axis Business Building across from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It's owned and operated by twin sisters Abby Purdie & Bethany Heath, pictured. They roast the coffee beans (at a separate location) and make all the baked items, catering to people with gluten-free, vegan, keto diets.
